Depresivní symptomyu gynekologických pacientek

Cíl studie:
Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit výskyt depresivních symptomů ve dvou skupinách gynekologických pacientek prodělávajících léčbu ve Františkových Lázních.Typ studie: Klinická studie.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Psychiatrická klinika a Sexuologický ústav, Lékařská fakulta UK v Praze; Jednotka Esplanade, Frant. Lázně.Metodika: Vyšetření bylo provedeno pomocí strukturovaného interview a Zungova dotazníku SDS(Self-rating depressive scale).Výsledky a závěr: Ve skupině 22 pacientek se zhoubnými nádory pohlavních orgánů a prsů bylzjištěn výskyt depresivních symptomů u 9 z nich (41 %) a ve skupině 22 žen s hysterektomií a ad-nexektomií u 7 z nich (asi 32 %).

Objective:
The aim of the study was to ascertain the occurrence of depressive symptoms in twogroups of gynaecological patients undergoing treatment in the spa of Frant. Lázně (Franzensbad).Design: A clinical study.Setting: Psychiatric Clinic and Sexuological Institute, Medical Faculty of the Charles Universityin Prague, Esplanade, Františkovy Lázně.Methods: The examination was carried out using a structured interview and the Zung’s test SDS(Self-rating depression scale).Results and Conclusion: In the group of 22 patients with a cancer of sex organs and of breast theoccurrence of depressive symptoms was found in 9 of them (41 %) and in the group of 22 womenafter hysterectomy and adnexectomy in 7 of them (about 32 %).
