Pathological Conditions with a Raised Prolactin Level
Patologické stavy se zvýšenou hladinou prolaktinu
Cíl studie:
Shrnutí poznatků o patologických stavech se zvýšenou hladinou prolaktinu.Typ studie: Souhrnná práce.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Porodnicko-gynekologická klinika, FN Olomouc.Metodika: Zpracování údajů z literatury.Výsledky: Byl podán přehled nejčastějších fyziologických stavů s elevací prolaktinu, léky vyvolaných hyperprolaktinemií a patologických hyperprolaktinemických stavů, možnosti jejich diagnostiky a léčby.Závěr: Jsou shrnuty poznatky o prolaktinu a vlivu hyperprolaktinemie u žen a rozbor jejich nejčastějších příčin.Klíčová slova:

Objective:
Review of findings on pathological conditions with raised prolactin levels.Type of study: Overview.Setting: Gynaecological and Obstetric Clinic, Faculty Hospital Olomouc.Methods: Analysis of data from the literature.Results: The author reviewed the most frequent physiological conditions with raised prolactinlevels, drugs producing hyperprolactinaemia and pathological hyperprolactinaemic conditions,their possible diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion: The author summarizes findings on prolactin and the effect of prolactinaemia inwomen and an analysis of the most frequent causes.Key words:
