Rizikohysteroskopie u onemocnění karcinomem endometria (RHOCE) –prospektivní klinická studie

Cíl studie:
Posouzení míry rizika hysteroskopie u pacientek s ca endometria ve smyslu disemina-ce onemocnění a zhoršení prognózy. Typ studie: Prospektivní multicentrická studie.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Gynekologicko-porodnická klinika, UP LF a FN Olomouc; Ústav patolo-gie, UP LF a FN Olomouc; Gynekologicko-porodnická oddělení spolupracujících nemocnic.Metodika: Na základě cytologických vyšetření z peritoneální dutiny srovnány 2 skupiny nemoc-ných s ca endometria. Studovanou skupinu (n = 156) tvořily nemocné s diagnózou stanovenou napodkladě HSK a cílené biopsie. Kontrolní skupinu (n = 71) pak nemocné s klasickou probatorníkyretáží. Objective:
The evaluation of the risk of hysteroscopy (HSC) in patients with endometrial carcino-ma with regard to the dissemination of disease and the deterioration of its prognosis.Design: A prospective multicentric study.Setting: Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Institute of Pathology of the PalackyUniverzity Medical School and University Hospital, Olomouc; Obstetrical and Gynecological De-partments of collaborating hospitals.Methods: Two groups of patients with endometrial carcinoma were compared on the basis ofcytological examinations from the peritoneal cavity. The study group (n = 156) consisted of pati-ents whose diagnosis was made on the base of HSC and targeted biopsy. The control group (n =71) included patients with the classical D&C.
