Cíl studie:
Zavedení nové operační metody k řešení vaginálního prolapsu po hysterektomii.Typ studie: Popis nové operační metody. Výsledky u prvých 16 pacientek.Název a sídlo pracoviště: Gynekologicko-porodnická klinika LF UP a FN, Olomouc.Metodika: Popis nové operační metody, vyzvednutí přínosů a možností praktického využití, výsledkyoperovaného souboru nemocných.Souhrnné sdělení: Sakrospinální fi xace vaginálního prolapsu po hysterektomii podle Miyazakihoje variantou sakrospinální fi xace podle Amreicha-Richtera. Oproti klasické operaci má řadu výhod,zejména usnadňuje exaktní naložení fi xačních stehů na sakrospinální ligamentum, a snižujetím nebezpečí krvácení, které může výkon značně komplikovat. K výkonu je nutné speciální instrumentárium,zejména tzv. Miyazakiho hook. Vyhodnocujeme výsledky prvých 16 operovanýchnemocných.

Objective:
Implementation of a new surgical method for treatment of vaginal prolapse after hysterectomy.Design: The description of a new surgical method. The results in the fi rst 16 patients.Setting: Department of Obstetric and Gynecology, Medical Faculty of the Palacký University andUniversity Hospital, Olomouc.Methods: The description of a new surgical method, pointing out the advantages and possibilitiesof the use in clinical practice. Presentation of the results in the group of 16 patients treated.Conclusions: Sacrospinous fi xation of vaginal prolapse after hysterectomy sec. Miyazaki is a modification of sacrospinous fi xation sec. Amreich-Richter. Contrary to the classical procedure thisnew method has several advantages. It makes easier the exact placement of the stitches to thesacrospinous ligament which decreases the danger of bleeding often substantially complicatingthe classical procedure. The procedure requires a special instrument, namely the so called Miyazakihook. The results in the fi rst 16 patients operated on by this method are presented.
